ABOUT THE ROLE:

This PowerBuilder/.NET developer position will serve as backup support on the Banking application. The individual in this position will assist with translating formal requirements documentation into database and program solutions.

Ideal candidates will be able to work independently and as a team. The ability to adapt to change and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers is essential. Comply with all system development policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines, including coding standards and reviews. Fully document work performed and provided technology turnover on all work performed to other Agency staff.

Responsibilities Include:

Performs complex system administration, maintenance and support for production systems.

Develops and maintains technical documentation.

The individual will be primarily supporting the FIIS application which is written in PowerBuilder. They also will provide to support to other applications that are written in .Net.

Performing system administration, maintenance, and support

Responding to system alerts and user events; making recommendations; and documenting findings

Designing, developing, modifying, testing, debugging, and implementing programs and systems

Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and technical documentation

Performing related work as required

Web Site Maintenance (Asp.net, MVC, Web forms, Blazor)- Required 5 Years

Visual Studio- Required 5 Years

HTML, CSS, JavaScript- Required 5 Years

WEB API Maintenance (C#, EF, LINQ)- Required 1 Years

Oracle/ SQL Server- Required 5 Years

Experience and proficiency with Microsoft, Visio, SharePoint and Office applications- Required 5 Years

Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities- Required 5 Years

Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Required 5 Years

Ability to work independently with minimal direction and as a team- Required 5 Years

Highly motivated and self-directed- Required 5 Years

Microsoft Dynamics 365- Desired 3 Years

Experience working with Azure Devops or Team Foundation Server- Desired 3 Years

Client Server (EXE) application maintenance (C#/VB.NET, Entity Framework, ORACLE)- Desired 3 Years
