Job Title: Sr. Python/AI Software Engineer (GenAI/LLM) – Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid) – W2 Only

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)

Duration: Long-Term Contract

Employment Type: W2 Only (No C2C / No Third Party)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Python/AI Software Engineer to design and build enterprise-grade AI solutions supporting Information Security, Governance, and Technology Risk initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI frameworks.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python
  • Experience building AI/ML and Generative AI applications
  • Expertise with Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Prompt Engineering
  • NLP, Embeddings, Classification, Clustering, Anomaly Detection
  • Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar)
  • PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn
  • FastAPI and/or Flask
  • REST API development
  • Docker & Kubernetes
  • AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • MLflow, Kubeflow, Argo Workflows
  • Kafka, Spark, NiFi
  • SQL/NoSQL databases
  • Vector Databases (pgVector, Milvus)
  • GitLab CI, Jenkins
  • Strong understanding of MLOps and AI model lifecycle
