The Role

• Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demonstrations using innovative software.
• Perform inspections (ladder or attic) to assess homeowner needs.
• Focus on closing deals with pre-set, pre-qualified, one-call-close appointments.
• Develop strategies and prepare for appointments through team meetings.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements to meet client requirements.

What You'll Need

• No prior sales or construction experience required; full training is provided.
• Midday, evening, and weekend availability.
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Ability to travel to and from in-home appointments.
