We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated physician to join a leading national psychosomatic clinic specializing in adolescent care. This facility is recognized as the third-largest psychosomatic clinic in Germany, offering innovative therapies for a range of conditions in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

The Role

• Take on initial leadership responsibilities for the psychosomatic youth ward, with a clear path to full specialist leadership.
• Provide structured support and guidance for clinical processes and the overall psychotherapeutic treatment of adolescents.
• Represent the chief physician in the role of leading senior consultant, contributing significantly to ward development.
• Conduct supervisions for child and adolescent psychotherapists in training, fostering their professional growth.
• Manage patient admissions, family sessions, and interdisciplinary intervisions to ensure high-quality care.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training or be in the 4th year of residency in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, with advanced psychotherapy training.
• A strong passion for interdisciplinary collaboration within a multidisciplinary team of physicians, psychologists, nurses, educators, and therapists.
• Commitment to delivering excellent patient care.
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties from home, in collaboration with adult ward senior consultants.
