JD::

• 12 -15 Years of experience
• Proven experience automating Oracle business processes any module HCMFINSCMCRMEPM
• Experience with Oracle patch impact analysis and regression strategy
• Hands on with CICD setup and maintenance Azure DevOps Jenkins GitHub
• Tricentis Tosca certification AS1AS2 or higher practical use of Tosca for enterprise apps
• Exposure to test data design Tosca TCDTDS accessibility security testing and performance basics
• Solid experience with JIRA and/or Azure DevOps ADO for work management and traceability
• Excellent communication skills written verbal ability to present quality status to leadership
• Experience in team management mentoring within Agile Scrum Kanban environments

Nice to Have

• API test automation Postman REST Assured SoapUI service virtualization or data driven testing
• Familiarity with Docker Kubernetes fundamentals for pipeline execution
