We are a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for seniors, operating nine locations nationwide. We provide comprehensive care from outpatient services to residential and day care, complemented by exclusive gastronomy and cultural offerings.

The Role

• Provide excellent service to residents and guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Perform general service duties as required.
• Assist in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of events.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, order, and hygiene.

What You'll Need

• Completed apprenticeship as a service professional in the restaurant industry or several years of relevant experience.
• A courteous demeanor and a passion for working with and for people.
• Strong service and quality awareness, with empathy for residents and guests.
• Good German language skills.
