The Role • Provide excellent service to residents and guests with professionalism and warmth. • Perform general service duties as required. • Assist in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of events. • Contribute to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, order, and hygiene. What You'll Need • Completed apprenticeship as a service professional in the restaurant industry or several years of relevant experience. • A courteous demeanor and a passion for working with and for people. • Strong service and quality awareness, with empathy for residents and guests. • Good German language skills.
