Forward Deployed Engineer | Remote | Texas

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future. Job Description We are building a team of Forward Deployed Engineers for a fintech organization. This is an opportunity to work near the cutting edge of AI business use-cases that are already providing value to real users & customers.
In this position you will be collaborating closely with both internal & customer teams to integrate, customize, and deploy AI solutions in customer environments. This is a high-level position that requires deep hands-on production experience with AI applications (GenAI, Agentic AI), model evaluation & testing, and Python development & APIs.
This position can be based out of anywhere in the domestic US, but will require semi-regular (roughly once per month) travel to either customer or corporate sites.
Appl Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ Years of Relevant Software, AI/ML, Data, or similar experience
• At least one production-launched AI application (GenAI or Agentic AI)
• Programming Skills (Python strongly preferred)

Desired Skills & Experience

• Understanding/usage of LangGraph, LangChain
• Development of MCP
