Built on SAP Business Technology Platform, ETM.Next integrates seamlessly with SAP S/4HANA and ERP systems, serving industries such as construction, utilities, and industrial services.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Solution Implementation Consultant to join our ETM.Next team. You will play a key role in delivering end-to-end implementation services, helping clients digitize and optimize their equipment and tool management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support ETM.Next implementation projects from discovery to go-live
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Configure ETM.Next modules and integrate with SAP S/4HANA and ERP systems
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, development, and support
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations
• Contribute to thought leadership and product evolution based on client feedback

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in SAP implementation, equipment/fleet management, or asset lifecycle solutions
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and cloud-based enterprise applications
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Experience in construction, utilities, or industrial services is a plus
• Ability to travel based on project need

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with ETM.Next or similar SAP-based asset management tools
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, IoT integration, and mobile app deployment
• Experience with business case development and value realization

Salary is negotiable with a range of $81,500- 110,000.
