FASTSIGNS of Leander & Cedar Park is hiring a new member of our sales team! We strive to provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with our customers. We are primarily B2B and believe it is our responsibility to help our customers look great — through both beautiful signage and the kind of service that makes sure their deadlines are met.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will

Be the initial point of contact with both current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center — by phone, email, in person, and occasionally at the customer's place of business
Guide customers through the entire project, from first estimate to final installation
Turn prospects into long-term clients by building trust and lasting relationships
Participate in daily team meetings and help execute our business and marketing plans
A quick learner who can juggle multiple projects and details
Comfortable working under pressure to produce high-volume, high-quality work
Motivated, driven, and a hard worker who takes pride in helping others
High school diploma or equivalent
Sales experience preferred, B2B experience a plus (inside, retail, or counter sales all welcome)
Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
