The Role • Provide inbound customer support to students applying for university loans. • Assist students and their families with inquiries regarding payments, eligibility, funding, and loan applications. • Make a positive impact by supporting students' academic futures through financial guidance. • Handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced contact centre environment. • Navigate multiple complex systems to find and relay accurate information. • Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality throughout scheduled shifts.
