Job Description
Title: Project Manager II (COTS)
Location: Minneapolis, MN or Denver, CO
Duration: 12 + Months Long Term
W2 Only
Required Experience / Must-Haves
- Mid-level Project Manager experience
- Traditional software/application project management
- Commercial off-the-shelf experience
- Strong Waterfall project delivery experience
- Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
- Strong vendor management experience
- Experience working with both business and technical teams
- Strong project planning, risk/dependency management, and execution skills
- Installing commercial over the shelf product in house at Xcel - not a scrum master or someone just building projects in house and managing engineers
- Exposure to Operational Technology environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Flexible, proactive, independent, and comfortable working in an environment where priorities may shift
