Resources Personnel Management Analyst shall possess:• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or business management.• OR• 5+ years' experience in HR Analytics at the BDE S1 or Division G1 Level. AND• The Integrated Personnel and Pay System (IPSS-A)
- Army HR Professional Training Certification. AND• Microsoft (MS) Power Business Intelligence (BI) Certification.• Contractor Employee must have a Secret Clearance.
