The Role • Operate, control, and monitor the production process according to manufacturing instructions. • Perform cleaning and sterilization of format parts and packaging materials. • Ensure process safety by adhering to GMP and EHS (SGU) guidelines. • Collaborate within a team, taking responsibility for specific areas of the production process. • Document manufacturing steps in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Conduct hygiene monitoring and support preventive maintenance activities. • Participate in optimization projects for continuous improvement. What You'll Need • Completed apprenticeship as a pharmaceutical technician, chemical technician, chemical production specialist, or equivalent qualification. • Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry, preferably in a cleanroom environment. • Experience with aseptic manufacturing processes is advantageous. • Willingness to learn about plant engineering. • Basic IT skills (e.g., MS Office, SAP is a plus). • High level of personal responsibility and a strong quality awareness. • Willingness to work in shift patterns. • Good command of the German language, both written and spoken.
