Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce & Patient Support Programs)

Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite)

Role Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to support our Commercial POD and partner closely with business stakeholders across Intake Centre and Contact Centre applications.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis skills, hands-on knowledge of Salesforce configuration modules, and experience supporting Patient Support Programs within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • This role requires an independent, proactive professional who can quickly assume ownership of BAU operations with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams for Intake Centre and Contact Centre applications.
  • Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and system requirements.
  • Support and optimize Salesforce-based solutions, including configuration-related activities.
  • Drive requirement workshops, process mapping, user story creation, and acceptance criteria definition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of enhancements and operational support requests.
  • Manage and prioritize BAU activities while ensuring business continuity and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend scalable solutions.
  • Support testing, user acceptance activities, and production issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce platform and configuration modules.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Patient Support Programs (PSP) in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
