IT Business Analyst

Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level IT Business Analyst to join our team. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, analyse business needs, and support the delivery of technology solutions. This role is ideal for entry level candidates or early-career professionals interested in bridging business needs with IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

·         Gather and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders

·         Assist in analysing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities

·         Support the translation of business requirements into functional specifications

·         Collaborate with development, QA, and project teams during the software development lifecycle

·         Prepare documentation such as business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and user stories

·         Participate in meetings, workshops, and sprint planning sessions

·         Assist with testing activities including user acceptance testing (UAT)

·         Track project progress and help ensure requirements are properly implemented

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, Economics, or related field

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Good communication and documentation abilities

·         Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools

·         Ability to work independently and in a team environment
