SmartCOMM Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Embedded in process more / Important to be strong with client interfacing

* Create documents, shared content, layouts, stylesets, overlays, images, and scripts for FAX, Print, and Archive output channels

* Use content best practices and performance metrics to meet business goals and ensure alignment with brand/style guidelines

* Review test plans and incorporate feedback

* Present and communicate design and branding decisions

* Revise and develop content for claim-related documents (e.g., Insurance, Coverage, Benefits)

* Deliver finalized content to appropriate output channels

* Graduate degree with 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing

* Expertise in SmartCOMM (required)

* Familiarity with MS Office, HTML, SharePoint, and publishing tools

* Scripting skills; experience with Photoshop, Dreamweaver

* Strong written/verbal communication skills

* Experience collaborating with external vendors/agencies
