Job Title: Finance SAP S/4 Hana Project Manager

Location of Work (Country): Jersey City, NJ

Duration: 6+ Months contract

Skills Required (Essential): Detailed Workstream Planning & Task Management

Own the granular plan. breaks down work into tasks, durations, dependencies, assignments

Maintains the detailed schedule; updates tasks; executes the plan

Tracks progress daily and updates the workstream plan

Ensures functional, technical, data and testing teams are unblocked Daily Execution & Team Coordination

Supports execution of workstream daily stand ups

Documents and follows up on action items

Coordinates with workstream functional teams, enabling teams

Ensures deliverables move throughout all project phases, ensuring timely resource capacity

Ensure SMA s / business /project teams attend workshops, testing and training

Populate workstream co-location worksheet to support timely co-locate activities Deliverable Tracking & Quality Control

Ensures each document/artifact is created, reviewed and approved timely with

Ensures the approved document is evidenced and traceable for audit purposes

Enforces quality gates, artifacts are traceable, Business Process Design (BPD) linked to signed Functional Spec, Technical Spec, Data Mapping sheets, Test Scripts and evidenced in Jira/SharePoint/Tricentis

Maintains the workstream change impact log (change orders) RAIDD Management (Operational Level tactical RAIDD)

Supports the identification of risks early

Manages issues and drives resolution

Escalates to the Program Manager (PgM) when cross workstream or critical

Ensures data mitigations are executed; data cleansing activities are completed by business users Testing Coordination (SIT, UAT)

Supports coordination of test script creation

Assigns testers, track defects, retests and closure; runs defect triage meetings

Validates with business users that UAT reflects real test scenarios

Ensures readiness for SIT, UAT test cycles Cutover & Hypercare Execution Support

Track completion of cutover tasks, support mock cutovers, support data load readiness

Support hypercare triage and issue resolution

Skills Required (Desirable): Communication and Leadership needs to be excellent. Finance SAP S/4 Hana experience.
