Senior AWS Connect Delivery Lead for Banking Contact Centre

The HR Ally seeks an experienced AWS Connect Technical Delivery Lead to drive enterprise-scale contact centre transformation initiatives in Sydney. You will lead cross-team delivery, architect serverless AWS solutions, and ensure secure API integrations using API Gateway, REST APIs, and AWS Lambda.
