Kronos Consultant Local to CA Only

We are seeking an experienced Kronos Consultant to support workforce management initiatives at its Fremont, CA location. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Kronos/UKG Workforce Central or UKG Pro WFM, including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, and Accruals. Responsibilities include system configuration, production support, troubleshooting, integrations, testing, and collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to optimize workforce processes. Candidates should have strong knowledge of workforce management, excellent analytical and communication skills, and experience with Kronos implementation or enhancement projects. Local candidates only. Prior manufacturing or automotive industry experience is highly preferred.
