Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Sutton Coldfield

Basic Salary: £38,600

OTE: £60,000+

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm (no weekends)

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch
• Leading, motivating and developing an experienced sales team
• Conducting regular training and coaching to maximize performance
• Generating valuations and winning new instructions
• Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of both offices
• Driving sales performance and achieving branch targets
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients
• Maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company procedures

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Valuer or Senior Sales Manager within estate agency
• Strong track record of winning instructions and driving sales performance
• Experience managing, mentoring and developing a successful team
• Commercially minded with excellent leadership skills
• Professional, confident and highly organized
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Full UK driving license

Hours & Benefits

• £38,600 basic salary
• Uncapped OTE of £60,000+
