About the Role
Lead B2B growth marketing for an early-stage AI company serving education and other content-focused markets. You will build the growth strategy and work closely with product, sales, performance, brand, and content teams to turn growing demand into qualified pipeline.
What You'll Do
Define the ideal customer profile, lead qualification criteria, scoring, and sales handoff process.
Generate demand through paid campaigns, SEO, content, events, and outbound support.
Build landing pages, email sequences, and retargeting programs that nurture prospects toward sales conversations.
Align with sales on shared definitions, handoff service levels, lead quality feedback, and useful sales collateral.
Track pipeline and cost per lead by channel, then reallocate investment toward the channels that convert.
What We're Looking For
Four to eight years of B2B growth marketing experience, including building a growth function or initiative from zero to one at an early-stage company or in a new market segment.
Experience launching new products or growth initiatives and owning a broad, full-funnel mix of SEO, paid search, landing pages, email, webinars, and lead scoring.
Strong familiarity with paid search, paid social, SEO, email automation, landing page tools, web analytics, and CRM platforms.
Experience working with education-sector audiences and an established network or relationships in the education market.
A track record of sustained tenure, with more than one year in all but at most one recent role.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $140,000 to $170,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available; candidates must already be authorized to work in the United States.
