SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

8+ years of Salesforce platform experience spanning solution architecture and hands-on development of secure, scalable, production-quality applications.

3+ years designing and building AI-enabled solutions, including agentic AI architectures and LLM-based systems in production.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein/Agentforce AI, and Data Cloud, including agent topics, actions, grounding, and guardrails.

Deep expertise in Financial Cloud and platform integrations, with strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.

Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, vector stores, embeddings, prompt engineering, structured outputs, and evaluation frameworks.

Experience designing and delivering secure, governed, and cost-aware enterprise AI solutions with robust fallback and observability strategies.

Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns using REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native services.

Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, source control, and deployment automation for Salesforce.

Experience with Microsoft Azure AI, Azure OpenAI or equivalent AI/cloud platforms is preferred.

Experience working in Agile, multi-cultural teams across time zones with business, technology, security, legal, risk, and governance stakeholders.
