What You'll Need

• A completed vocational training in the nursing sector or a higher education degree in nursing or health management.
• A recognized qualification as a Facility Manager.
• Several years of experience in a leadership role within a senior living facility.
• Strong understanding of business administration and proficient IT skills.
• Excellent professional and interpersonal skills, with strong communication and cooperation abilities.
• Proven assertiveness, organizational talent, and dedication.
