We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Sales Representative. As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new clients, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

Conduct research to identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including online research, social media, industry events, and networking
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure alignment with our target market and ideal customer profile.

Proactively reach out to leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication methods to introduce our services
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by consistently identifying and nurturing new leads
Deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase our products/services and address client needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize repeat business
Collaborate with all teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities
Track and manage all lead generation activities using in house software to ensure accurate record-keeping and effective follow-up.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets
Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
