Job Description

A growing engineering organization in the Greater Boston area is seeking a Power Electronics Engineer to join its team full-time. This position focuses on the design and development of advanced power electronics, embedded systems, FPGA/microprocessor-based hardware, and high-performance power supply solutions. The company designs cutting-edge technologies used in highly engineered industrial and technical applications.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of products from concept through production in a highly collaborative, hands-on engineering environment. The team is looking for an engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working directly with hardware, and having a visible impact on product development. Required Skills & Experience
BSEE required; MSEE preferred
3+ years of hardware/electrical design experience
Strong background in power electronics
Experience designing PWM amplifiers and power supplies
Embedded programming experience with microprocessors and/or FPGAs
Experience with circuit simulation tools such as LTSpice
Hands-on lab experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, function generators, and power analyzers
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Desired Skills & Experience
Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience bringing products from concept through production
PCB design and hardware development experience
Experience working in small engineering teams
Strong communication and collaboration skills
