Senior Staff Lead Radar Integration & Test Engineer | Cicero, NY, United States | Remote | $115,700 - $150,500

The Role
• Lead the planning and execution of integration and test programs for verification and validation activities.
• Develop and execute complex software and/or hardware test plans and procedures for system-level testing.
• Lead complex integration activities and the development of test environments and tools.
• Lead technical reviews, status meetings, and customer engagements on technical and programmatic issues.
• Provide mentoring and technical guidance to less-experienced engineers.
• Responsible for managing key project components and their interdependencies.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics; Master's degree is a plus.
• 15+ years of experience in a Test Engineering role, with a proven background in Radar systems integration and testing.
• Experience leading Developmental Test and Evaluation (DT&E), Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
• Hands-on experience with Radar Systems, C++, Linux, and/or digital hardware, along with MATLAB for tool development/system analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with cross-functional experience and the ability to interact independently with all stakeholders.
• Understanding of configuration management, quality assurance, requirements management systems, and automatic testing tools.
