Outside Sales Representative to join this growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, solving customer challenges, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Handle inbound customer inquiries and follow-up via phone, email, and CRM
Support the outside sales team with quoting and account management
Maintain CRM records and manage key customer accounts
1–3 years of sales or customer service experience (construction/industrial preferred)
~ Familiarity with CRM systems a plus
~ Proactive, customer-focused, and goal-oriented
~ High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Base salary + bonus potential
