Data Center Construction Administration Project Manager

This is a work from home role with frequent site visits in the greater Indianapolis, IN area.

The Construction Administration PM will be heavily involved once construction begins and serves as the bridge between the design team and field execution.

Primary Focus

• Ensuring construction complies with the design intent
• Reviewing contractor questions and submittals
• Managing design-related issues that arise in the field
• Supporting quality and commissioning efforts

Responsibilities

• Review RFIs (Requests for Information)
• Review contractor submittals and shop drawings
• Coordinate design revisions during construction
• Conduct site walks and inspections
• Participate in OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings
• Resolve field conflicts
• Track design changes and ASIs (Architect's Supplemental Instructions)
• Support punch list and closeout activities
