The Role • Participate in specialized residency training for Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy, with existing and pending certifications. • Provide comprehensive medical support and care for inpatients within the psychosomatic department. • Undertake independent and responsible patient management after a structured onboarding period. • Contribute to continuous patient care by participating in on-call duties. • Benefit from extensive training opportunities and close mentorship from experienced specialists. What You'll Need • A completed medical degree with valid German medical license (Approbation). • Advanced proficiency in German, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level). • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook); experience with Orbis is a plus. • Strong qualities of empathy, commitment, and independent action. • A collaborative and open-minded attitude, with a willingness to learn and contribute to process improvement.
