Operations Program Manager

A globally leading consumer device company headquartered in Cupertino, CA is seeking Post Ramp Qualification (PRQ) Operations Program Manager responsible for leading qualification of new components, modules, and processes for shipping company''s device and accessories. The role will partner closely with Engineering, GSM, Operations teams and CMs to establish qualification plans, timelines, benchmarks, and risk mitigation strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate build readiness and execution with OEM partners.
• Lead executive-level communications and program updates.
• Track and report KPI metrics through dashboards.

Qualifications:

• MS or BS Degree
• 5+ years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain or Product / Program Management 
• Strong program management, cross-functional leadership, risk management, executive communication
• Experience with SQL/Tableau/Python a plus.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Strong leader, self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented, hands-on and results driven
• Solid communication skills and ability to build strong relationship to influence cross functional teams
• Ability to travel up to 15-20%
• Technical expertise and prior OEM management experience
• Master or MBA are considered a plus

Type: Contract
Duration: 12 months with extension
Work Location: Cupertino, CA (hybrid)
Pay range: $73.00 - $89.00 ph (DOE)
