The Role

• Responsible for the replacement and repair of vehicle glass.
• Calibrate driver assistance systems as needed after windshield replacements.
• Manage customer interactions from order acceptance to vehicle return.
• Handle administrative tasks including order entry, invoicing, and material ordering.

What You'll Need

• A completed apprenticeship and preferably some experience in the automotive industry (e.g., automotive mechatronics, automotive mechanics, or bodywork).
• Open to career changers with potential, bringing motivation for a new start.
• Possess a valid B driver's license, good German language skills, and basic computer proficiency.
• Value teamwork and trust-based collaboration.

What's On Offer

• Starting salary of at least €2,900 gross for career changers or €3,200 gross for those with automotive training (full-time), with part-time options available.
• Annual bonuses including €1,062 gross for vacation and €1,062 gross for Christmas.
