Individual Line physio. score 100 %

Responsibility for Quality Assurance from the stage of raw material to finished product, Ensuring product quality at standard with Quality best practice.

Individual Sensory result score 100%.

Safety and upkeep of the assets of the organization

Line score 100%.

Update/Use SAP MM module and M&W, Proactively plan and execute Maintenance Schedules in QC

Line Code & Net Content Score 100%.

Lead and Manage Projects to ensure that business objectives are delivered

QAS audit Score 98.

Ensure IQA facility and Standards as per Plan

Ensuring water quality is maintained under the water, Ensuring water quality is maintained under the water conservation recovery system

Internal System Assessments 100%.

Internal Quality System should be assessment as per guidelines by Pepsi Co.

  • Maintain product sensory and physio scores at 100% through rigorous testing.
  • Manage water quality and conservation systems in the QC lab.
  • Operate and update SAP MM and M&W modules, planning maintenance schedules.
  • Lead and execute quality‑related projects aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct internal quality system assessments per PepsiCo guidelines.
  • Perform QAS audits aiming for a minimum 98% score.
  • Safeguard asset safety and upkeep within the laboratory.
  • Ensure compliance with IQA facility standards and sustainability principles.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders in a matrix environment.
  • M.Sc. in Biotechnology (preferred) or B.Sc. in Chemistry.
  • 3–5 years of experience in food/beverage quality control.
  • Strong knowledge of food quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in SAP MM and M&W modules.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix organization and lead projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proven team‑working skills in complex, inter‑dependent settings.
  • Familiarity with water quality monitoring and sustainability practices.
  • Functional expert level in quality assurance concepts.
