  • Review customer requirements and take part in design reviews.
  • Build validation plans, analyze test results, and document whether designs meet performance targets.
  • Investigate failures and product issues, identify root causes, and share findings in clear written reports.
  • Support preproduction builds, production transfers, engineering changes, and customer technical issues.
  • Partner with engineering teams on system integration and EMI/EMC considerations.

What You Bring

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with substantial relevant experience, or a master's degree in electrical engineering
  • 7+ years of Electrical Engineering experience, including Circuit Board Design
  • Ability to create and interpret Schematics and Wiring Drawings
  • Hands-on use of laboratory equipment for Hardware Troubleshooting and Failure Analysis
  • Strong Technical Writing skills for documenting findings
  • System Integration experience and the ability to work across engineering disciplines
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

Preferred

  • PCB layout experience
  • EMI/EMC testing
  • Altium Designer
  • Automotive electronics or wireless charging experience

Compensation & Total Rewards
