We are looking for a skilled, highly professional Inside Sales Agent that embodies the spirit of the company. This position would be responsible for acquisitions and dispositions of investment property and would serve as a subject matter expert/investment specialist.

Job Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone, email, text. Answer questions about contracts and terms of sale. Utilize computer technology to research available properties, as well as customers. Assist potential clients with financial decisions concerning real estate. Resolve conflicts that arise during the purchase or sale of real estate property. Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact to the closing and beyond.

Cold Calling
Answering inbound sales calls
Requirements:
Current real estate agent/broker license
Strong sense of urgency but not at the expense of quality
"Go getter" attitude
Self-motivated, personable, and driven by personal achievement
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in the real estate investment market
Able to work 3 pm to 8 pm Monday - Friday and 10 am to 12 pm on Saturdays
