The Role

• Operating and setting up modern CNC lathes
• Monitoring and optimizing manufacturing processes
• Independent work according to technical drawings
• Quality control of manufactured components
• Machine maintenance and care

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a CNC Lathe Operator, Industrial Mechanic, or equivalent
• Experience in turning technology and production
• Good German language skills for understanding work instructions
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• Mobility is advantageous
