About the Job- We are looking for an experienced Epic Tapestry Consultant to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Epic Tapestry Membership, Benefits Administration, Claims Processing, Utilization Management (UM) along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.

 

Experience: 3 - 7+ years

 

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into Epic Tapestry solutions.
• Configure and maintain Epic Tapestry modules.
• Build and support workflows for:
  • Membership/Enrolment
  • Benefits
  • Claims
  • Utilization Management (UM)
  • Referrals & Authorizations
  • Provider Network Management
• Participate in application design, testing, validation, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Develop and execute test scripts for upgrades and new implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Epic teams (Prelude, Cadence, Resolute, Cogito, etc.).
• Maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Support end-user training and go-live activities.
