Job Description

  • Lead requirement gathering and functional design for Oracle FCCS legal, management, and multi-GAAP consolidations.
  • Serve as functional SME to Finance, Controllership, and Close teams, translating consolidation, intercompany, ownership, and close-cycle needs into fit-for-purpose designs.
  • Configure core FCCS consolidation rules, journals, intercompany eliminations, ownership/equity pickup, currency translation (CTA), cash flow, and supplemental data.
  • Design and configure ARCS (secondary skill) Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching (formats, profiles, auto-reconciliation, and matching rules).
  • Define chart of accounts, entity structures, and dimensionality aligned to reporting and consolidation needs.
  • Configure the close via Task Manager / Supplemental Data Manager scheduling, dependencies, approvals, and calendar governance.
  • Run workshops, lead fit-gap analysis, and drive requirement-to-feature mapping.
  • Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, process flows, and training material.
  • Lead client walkthroughs and executive presentations; manage scope and functional delivery milestones.
  • Provide cross-module exposure to EPM (TRCS, Narrative Reporting) and support pre-sales demos, PoCs, and RFP / RFI responses.
  • Support pre-sales demos, PoCs, capability presentations and respond to RFPs / RFIs with solution approach, scope, assumptions, and effort estimation.
  • Minimum 15+ years of Oracle FCCS / HFM experience, with five (5) end-to-end FCCS implementations in a lead or functional SME capacity.
  • Complete functional understanding of FCCS consolidation, intercompany eliminations, ownership management, currency translation, and close plus strong ARCS knowledge.
  • Strong finance domain knowledge consolidation, statutory/management reporting, intercompany, and period-end close.
  • Master s degree in finance or certified CA / CPA.
