The Role

• Complete a state-recognized Bachelor's degree in Social Work.
• Gain practical experience through internships with partner companies.
• Specialize in one of four key areas: Childhood Education, Social Work with Adults, Child and Youth Welfare, or School-Based Social Work.
• Benefit from personalized guidance and support from study advisors, guides, and instructors.
• Learn in a small group setting, fostering personal interaction with educators.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) University entrance qualification, a qualified vocational qualification, or certification as a state-certified technician or business administrator.
• German language proficiency (B2 level).
• Strong sense of responsibility, meticulousness, and discretion.
• Empathy, interpersonal skills, enjoyment of working with people, and resilience.
• Prior experience in a voluntary social year (FSJ), federal voluntary service, or other volunteer work is advantageous.
