•Developing pricing files and managing pricing process for pursuits support.
•Use the pricing tool in assembling data points (fees, rate cards, assumptions) across services and streams.
•Price competitive models such as Managed Services, Outcome based, Per User/Unit, Gain Share and other Hybrid models. Also pricing traditional models such as Time & Material (T&M), Not-to-Exceed (NTE), and Fixed Price.
•Coordinate to complete RFP process from information gathering, assisting in solution management, Pricing, to completing the client templates and submission of the RFP’s.
•Coordinating with Sales team, Pursuits Team, Delivery Management team, and Solution team to help close deals successfully.
•Formulate strategies for commercial incentives to make deals more attractive while achieving desired margins.
•Preparing financial reports to understand Profit and Loss by Project level, BU level, and at the organizational level
•Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including pricing, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
•Assist the leadership in managing overall revenue and margins by collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation & cost efficiency.
•Interact and seek clarifications from engagement teams on the assigned pricing requests.
•Maintain and manage all databases (Fee databases, rate cards, contact lists).
•Utilize AI to create supporting agents to make pricing more intuitive by making use of existing database and own experience.
•Support pricing tool testing and yearly refresh activities.
•Build automation into the standard preparation process to improve efficiency.
•Ensuring highest quality and timely delivery of multiple tasks efficiently within agreed SLA and timelines.
•Manage multiple clients/pricings at a time.

Educational qualifications

University/bachelor’s degree required (preferably MBA
