In this role, you’ll learn how to prospect for new business, build customer relationships, and support the management of a developing book of freight customers across the U.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is competitive, coachable, and excited to grow in a high-energy sales environment.

Build and develop customer relationships through outbound prospecting and daily client communication
Support truckload freight sales with a focus on reliability and strong service
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution and positive customer experiences
Work toward and exceed activity and performance KPIs (calls, shipments, tracking, etc.)
Grow your pipeline using phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods
Follow our structured sales training program while developing your own sales style
0–2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience (logistics experience is a plus but not required)
