Roles & Responsibilities

·      Prepare offer letters and coordinate pre-employment documentation.

·      Manage joining formalities, onboarding checklists, new-hire records, and induction scheduling.

·      Partner with recruiting and hiring teams to ensure new hires are ready on time.

·      Coordinate office vendors, facilities requests, supplies, and office services through resolution.

·      Coordinate immigration case logistics, document requests, timelines, and employee communications with outside counsel without providing legal advice.

·      Maintain accurate HR files and trackers, and complete operational tasks with minimal rework.

·      Provide responsive, professional, and discreet support to candidates and employees.

Required Qualifications

·      Hands-on HR operations or people operations experience.

·      Direct ownership of offers, joining formalities, onboarding, and employee documentation.

·      Strong execution, follow-through, attention to detail, and document accuracy.

·      Ability to coordinate effectively across employees, recruiters, vendors, and outside counsel.

·      Professional communication skills and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications

·      Experience coordinating with immigration attorneys.

·      Experience with HRIS, ATS, and electronic-signature tools.

·      Experience in a consulting or IT services environment.

·      Vendor, facilities, or office-operations coordination experience.
