HR Manager – International Law Firm – London

An established international law firm is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join its London team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders and providing high-quality HR support within a professional services environment.

You will provide guidance across a broad range of employee relations and people matters while helping managers navigate performance, development, organisational change and day-to-day HR issues.

We are particularly interested in candidates with:

• Previous HR management experience within a law firm
• Strong employee relations knowledge
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and partners
• Excellent knowledge of UK employment practices
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• The ability to manage sensitive and complex matters confidently
• A practical, commercial approach to HR

The role is based in the City of London, with hybrid working available.
