Job Description

Workforce Management (WFM) Business Analyst 3 Months Contract (with possibility of extension) Brisbane What You Will Do
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of current clinical rostering systems, workflows, data structures, and operational practices to develop detailed "As-Is" process models.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and consultation sessions with operational, clinical, payroll, HR, ICT, and vendor stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements.
  • Develop key project artefacts including Business Requirement Specifications (BRS), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Use Cases, and "To-Be" process models.
  • Evaluate application architecture, interfaces, and integration considerations to identify potential risks, constraints, and dependencies for roster-to-pay solutions.
  • Prepare high-level analytical documentation, executive briefing materials, and solution recommendations to guide future decision-making and transition strategies.
What You Need to Apply for This Role
  • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst delivering complex systems analysis, process mapping, and requirements engineering in large, complex environments.
  • Proven background in researching and producing high-quality analytical artefacts, including BRS, SRS, Use Cases, and As-Is/To-Be process models.
  • Strong domain knowledge and experience working with workforce management, rostering, HR, or payroll systems and roster-to-pay processes.
  • Highly developed stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Prior experience working within healthcare environments or with clinical workforce management and rostering platforms is highly desirable.
