Skillbridge Academy is seeking a confident and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Cincinnati, OH.

In this role, you will connect with prospective clients, understand their needs, introduce them to the solutions and opportunities offered by Skillbridge Academy, and guide them through the sales process.

The ideal candidate is professional, organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable building relationships with different types of customers.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients and identify their needs and goals.

• Present Skillbridge Academy’s programs and services in a professional and engaging way.

• Manage leads throughout the sales process from initial contact through closing.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Follow up with leads consistently and professionally.

• Respond to questions and provide accurate information about available services.

• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activity.

• Work toward individual and team sales goals.

• Collaborate with internal team members to create a positive customer experience.

• Develop a strong understanding of Skillbridge Academy’s services and value proposition.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional and confident approach when speaking with customers.
