No prior insurance experience is required. We provide training, guidance through the licensing process (if needed), and ongoing coaching to help new agents develop their knowledge and professional skills.

What You'll Do
As an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative, you will:
Meet with prospective clients remotely by phone or video
Educate families on life insurance and financial protection options
Participate in training sessions, coaching, and professional development
Build long-term relationships through excellent customer service
Comprehensive training program
Sales systems and scripts
CRM and business support tools
Flexible work schedule
Remote work environment
Comfortable speaking with people by phone or video
Basic computer skills
Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
Licensing Requirement
A state Life and Health Insurance License is required before selling insurance products.

Qualified candidates must be willing to obtain the required license before beginning insurance sales activities. Compensation
