Position Title: Data Program Manager/Specialist
Location: Baton Rouge, LA 70802
Duration: 12/14/2026 – 12/31/2028
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday; shift timings to be determined by the client
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Must be available for both onsite and remote work
Pay Rate: Competitive / Based on experience

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Manage and support cost allocation activities for federally funded programs.
• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of Public Assistance Cost Allocation Plans (PACAPs).
• Provide data analysis and financial modeling to support cost allocation and federal claiming.
• Support federal claiming activities for USDOL grants, Vocational Rehabilitation grants, SNAP Employment & Training (SNAP E&T), TANF, and other federal funds.
• Coordinate documentation and deliverables associated with cost allocation methodologies.
• Support implementation of cost allocation methodologies and related processes.
• Assist with federal review, negotiation, reporting, and responses related to PACAPs and federal claiming.
• Analyze program and administrative costs to ensure costs are appropriately allocated to benefiting programs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and support the completion of project deliverables within required timelines.
• Provide program-level support for financial, operational, and cost-allocation activities.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Cost Allocation Plan generation experience – MUST HAVE
• Data analysis experience – MUST HAVE
• Experience needed to meet all deliverables, qualifications, and requirements in the Scope of Work – MUST HAVE
• Experience with governmental cost allocation preferred.
• Experience with federal grant claiming preferred.
• Experience with financial modeling preferred.
• Experience with USDOL, Vocational Rehabilitation, SNAP E&T, TANF, or other federally funded programs preferred.
• Knowledge of 2 CFR Part 200 and 45 CFR Part 95 preferred.
• Strong program management, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
