Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript/ES6+, and TypeScript.

• Expert knowledge of React Hooks, Context API, component architecture, and reusable components.

• Strong experience with Redux/Redux Toolkit, React Query, and state management.

• Experience with React Router, REST APIs, JSON, and authentication.

• Strong HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and UI/UX skills.

• Experience with Jest/React Testing Library and unit testing.

• Strong Git and CI/CD experience.

• Experience with performance optimization, code splitting, lazy loading, and virtualization.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong communication and technical leadership skills.

• Ability to attend an in-person/F2F interview in Texas.

Preferred: Node.js, AWS/Azure, microservices, enterprise applications, mentoring, and frontend architecture. Current Texas postings reflect similar 10+ year React/TypeScript requirements and F2F/on-site expectations.
