What You’ll Do:
Parts Sales & Customer Service:
Assist customers in finding the parts they need and answer any questions they have.

Order Management

Follow up on orders, handle shortages, and make sure customers get their parts as quickly as possible.

Technician Support

Supply service technicians with parts needed so they can complete their work accurately and on time.

Manage Stock

Receive, stock, and organize parts to ensure everything is ready to go.

Store Organization

Maintain a clean and welcoming parts counter area.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
1-3 years in a parts department or related field.

Customer Service Expertise

A friendly and professional communicator who enjoys solving problems and providing exceptional service to customers.

Tech-Savvy

Comfortable with data entry and basic computer skills, including navigation and internet usage.

Team Player

Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members to keep operations running smoothly.

Flexible Schedule

Willing to work some weekends and extended hours as needed.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable bending, lifting, kneeling, and standing for long periods.
Exposure to chemicals and machinery parts.
