The Role • Handle inbound calls primarily for wireless device and service sales to businesses. • Upsell products and services to existing and potential customers. • Deliver world-class customer service with empathy and efficiency. • Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns. • Process orders, update accounts, and maintain accurate records. What You'll Need • A minimum of six months of sales experience. • Must be at least 18 years of age. • High School Diploma or GED required. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. • Ability to work on-site at the Tucson facility.
