Pinson TM are working with some of the largest traffic management companies across the UK, and due to an increase in work, we are recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives.

What we are looking for:
We are seeking Operatives with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.
All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:
- · Traffic Safety Control Officer/ Traffic Safety Supervisor (TSCO/TSS)
Duties may include:
- Ensuring Traffic Management sites are installed in compliance with NHSS.
- Deliver site daily briefings.
- Have a competent understating and implementation of ‘Raising The Bar’ document.
- Reporting near misses and anything necessary to Operation Managers.
- Complete nightly reports on behalf of the client.
- Liaising directly with clients, local authorities and highway control.
- Directly manage your crew to ensure your teammates meet and maintain high quality work plans.
- Read, review and interpret CAD Traffic Management drawings.
- Ensure Traffic Management and operations is in accordance with Chapter 8.
- To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
- Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
- Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements.
- Complete Risk Assessments.
Skills & Experience
- Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications
- Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check
- Right to Work in UK
- Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points)
